Delicious Spice Cookies

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend

We had a  chilly, rainy, stormy sunday yesterday. The kind of sunday that makes you want to be inside and snuggle up on the couch by the fire (heater). My oldest daughter-Miss 9- decided it would be a great day for baking something yummy. Great idea! An even greater idea as she announced that she and her sister-Miss 4-would bake something all by themselves, with no adult help required (maybe just a tiny bit of supervision). They both decided they would like to bake some cookies as that would be the yummiest thing to eat. After some research and compromising, they settled on this easy Spice Cookie “for kids-to-do-by-themselves” recipe. This is a great recipe for kids as it is easy to follow and they can be really creative at the same time.
